ADMISSION

Admission Form for new Admission is available on the site.

Parents can download the file and apply for admission.

Parents can also walk in the school reception and apply for the admission.

Parents can fill the form available on the site and send it on the school email id: marigoldpublicschool@gmail.com.

Documents required to be attached with the Admission Form

For Pre-Primary (Nursery & KG):

• 2 Passport sized Photograph of the child.

• 1 Passport sized Photograph each of both the parents.

• Photocopy of the Date of Birth Certificate. (Issued by the State Govt).

• Immunization details of the child.

• Photocopy of the Aadhar card of the child.

• If Child living with Guardian then Proof of the Guardianship.

For Classes I to IX and XI

• 2 Passport sized Photograph of the child.

• 1 Passport sized Photograph each of both the parents.

• Photocopy of the Date of Birth Certificate. (Issued by the State Govt).

• Photocopy of the Mark-sheet(Report card) of the previous school.

• Original School Leaving Certificate(T.C) of the previous school.

• Photocopy of the Aadhar card of the child.

• If Child living with Guardian then Proof of the Guardianship.

Note: Parents need to carry all the Original Documents to be verified at the time of admission.
